The grill surface for BRIAR is made with 304 Stainless Steel and designed for open fire cooking. The Grid is adjustable with a special "Grill Lift", positioning it at 90 degrees or 95 degrees so that the juice can flow into the drip tray. The grid metal is also spaces to help prevent flare-ups and also catching most of the juice and fat.
Grill Grid Size
BRIAR has a dual lift system meaning there will be 2 spacious cooking surfaces. There will be ample space to cook on these two grill grids measuring 652mm (long) x 546mm (wide) each. The best part is you can have each at different heights for different meats to cook.
Adjustable grid angle
By turning the small handle on the side, the grid is lifted evenly in a single motion from 90 degrees to 95 degrees.
Drip Tray
The drip tray is easily removable for cleaning and collecting juices from the meat in order to make sauces.
