In this post I show how we set up a jig to bind the steel for the brazier basket.
First we cut and bent the solid round steel bars.
Then we bend the bars in the special jig
Finishing off the cut tips with a sander
Tack welding
Fully welded brazier basket
Next step is tidying up the welds and polishing it up. Keep an eye out for the next stage.
